Broken System Productions has been contacted by a NSW woman who alleges that her myHealth electronic record has been accessed for the purposes of removing records that are important to a current health investigation, and to add services that she did not receive from service providers she had either not seen, or those providers were no longer working at the location stated on the dates of the alleged provision of services.
This is not the first time that Broken System Productions has been contacted in regard to similar alleged Medicare fraud, but this is the worst example we have seen. The woman alleges that several hundred records have been removed from her myHealth record and that due to this it is hindering treatment of her current medical conditions.
